THE ROLE**:** The HRIS Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users of our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring that our HRIS runs smoothly and efficiently.  In this role, the incumbent will need to have a strong understanding of HR processes and technology, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users of our HRIS, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and answering questions
• Collaborate with HR staff and IT to ensure that the HRIS meets the needs of the organization
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, including ensuring accurate data entry, performing data analysis, and creating knowledge articles
• Support HRIS updates and enhancements, including testing and language support
• Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices
• Serve as a liaison between HR and IT, communicating issues and requests for system changes or enhancements
• Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS policies and procedures.
• Feedback support patterns to Workday Product Owner team

QUALIFICATIONS**:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a support role.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, including HR staff, IT, and end-users.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with HRIS reporting and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.
