Hello Europe Project Lead for Ecosystem Accelerators

Position at Ashoka

Responsibilities:

• co-designing, coordinating, and implementing processes and tasks assigned to projects carried out for and in cooperation with people coming to Poland from across the eastern border or living across the eastern border of Poland

• co-creating and managing the budget

• coordinating the completion and progress of projects

• acquiring new partners needed to achieve project objectives

• achieving project objectives

• ensuring that activities are consistent with Ashoka's strategy and values

• coworking with the European team working in the area of migration and people with migration experience

Requirements and skills:

• a minimum of 3 years of experience in project implementation, coordination and management

• willingness to commit full-time

• advanced knowledge of English

• an interest in the social innovation market, social entrepreneurship and experience in social and/or volunteer activities will be a plus

• willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a bit of chaos and unexpected twists and turns

• knowledge of MS Office environment
