We are open to remote work for this position and will happily accept applicants from Portugal, South Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia.

The Job

As a Graphic Designer at Triggerise, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for our digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret briefs and conceptualise graphic and layout solutions
• Design static media and user interfaces for our app and its improvements in visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
• Ensure high-quality design output, following good design practice
• Develop engaging designs for various media ensuring design continuity across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement creative campaigns to drive engagement and awareness
• Develop a CI based on the guidelines for the corporate and consumer brand.
• Execute briefs within the CI to ensure that visual brand consistency is upheld through every deliverable.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and apply them to improve the quality of our designs

About You

As a passionate Graphic Designer, you have the ability to make a positive impact in the world through your creative designs. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. With your collaborative mindset, you're always ready to lend a hand to colleagues on other projects. Your regional experience and diverse design insights have equipped you with the skills necessary to deliver outstanding results, both for digital and print channels.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (BA Graphic/Digital Media Design)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Competent with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, Marvel
• Experience in designing digital interfaces for Mobile apps
• Experience in presenting and articulating your work to stakeholders
• UI and Graphic Design
• Concept Presentation
• Fluency in English

The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The monthly salary bracket for this position is R35,023 - R52,534  gross in South Africa, Ksh175,582 - Ksh263,373 gross in Kenya, €1,860 - €2,790 gross in Portugal, and €1,219 - €1,829 gross in Ethiopia, plus benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
