The Job
As the Grants & Treasury Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial success of the organisation. You will have the opportunity to manage and allocate grants, utilizing your skills in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenditures. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and donor compliance and reporting will enable you to make a meaningful impact and help us thrive.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and grant management
Strong experience with donor compliance, contracts, accounting standards, cost control methods, and reporting,
Excellent financial modeling skills,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
Excellent Excel skills.
Fluency in English.
The rewards
At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The gross monthly salary bracket for this position is R62,045 - R93,067 in South Africa, Ksh406,131 - Ksh609,197 in Kenya, €2,428 - €3,642 in Ethiopia, and €3,295 - €4,943 in Portugal, plus benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
