We are looking for a Global Immigration Specialist who will be responsible for the execution of Mobility & Immigration policy and services globally for INNIO covering international travels, short-term and long-term business assignments. In this role you will be the main interface between employees, HR Managers, authorities, and external service providers.

In this role your tasks will be:
- Coordinate with external providers of immigration, tax and relocation on visa applications (short and long term, business visa), work permits and relocation of employees globally,
- Build external service provider relationships ensuring quality services, invoices processed and continuous improvement,
- Ensure compliance of international and local immigration acts and other regulations and advice business stakeholders on compliant mobilization methods,
- Drive the wing-to-wing immigration process to ensure no delays in document procurement and application filing,
- Work closely with business contacts collecting necessary documentation for mobility cases,
- Connect and coordinate practices and administrators across different business teams to drive standards and share best practices,
- Adapt and improve immigration and relocation services and policies.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Business Economics, Legal, Administration, HR or relevant
- Previous experience with immigration topics (e.g. work permits, A1, posted worker notifications, business visas, international relocation)
- Fluency in Hungarian & English (both written and spoken), German knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Mobility systems, Workday, etc.)
- Pro-active behaviour, eager to work collaboratively with international colleagues and across functions,
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders at all levels,
- Ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate issues,
- Highly organized & strong attention to detail, with strong influencing and negotiation skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines,
- System affinity (e.g. Mobility systems, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
