Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) is a dynamic, international non-governmental organization. We work to reduce violence and protect civilians in countries affected by violent conflict and its aftermath through the implementation of unarmed civilian protection prog ramming. NP implements programming through the deployment of civilian protection teams to the field and is continuing to scale up to meet the growing needs in the communities we serve. Programming is founded on unarmed civilian protection and is thematically focused on protection in displacement, child protection, gender-based violence protection and inter-communal violence reduction.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Finance Officer, the incumbent will provide support to the Finance Department in the management, administration, judicious utilisation of funds and monitoring of financial transactions of the assigned grant.
In particular, the appointee will be the focal staff for the financial transactions of the grants under a specific grant and ensures strict compliance to established guidelines and procedures on budgeting, accounting and auditing standards of NP and of the donors.

Education and Training
We are accepting fresh graduates, as long as he/she has in depth knowledge in finance, accounting and budgeting processes and management particularly in international development organizations with multi-cultural office environment.
QuickBooks Software – expertise/in-depth knowledge on QuickBooks Software would be given preference.
Residence in Cotabato City – preferably a local resident of Cotabato City.
