In this role you will be responsible for:

• Work with development teams and validation engineers to define field validation strategies and tests for components, systems and at the complete engine level
• Coordinate and lead both the planning and execution of the field validation process cross functionally
• Reporting of the field validation status in a timely manner
• Report on the intermediate and end of test inspections of new products at pilot engines within the field.
• Ongoing documentation and presentation of development results through short presentations and reports
• Work on multiple projects and extended projects within a team

Your profile:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering or similar specialization
• Previous work experience with the development and validation or testing of gas/reciprocating engines is a must
• Experience in the definition, implementation and planning of validation tests based on standard quality processes for components/systems and engines
• Previous experience in leading and maneaging projects
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken). German knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to travel (40-50% within Europe), with potential for worldwide travel on an exceptional basis
