You are passionate about representing the initiatives and work of the leaders and our organization as a whole.  You have experience planning and coordinating projects from end to end. You are a creative problem solver, able to balance and change priorities, anticipate and respond to issues and manage all of the details.

What You Will Do

• Working directly with the CEO and COO to help manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate communication.
• Find efficiency hacks and create systems that make administrative tasks simple for the leadership team.
• Organize details to ensure weekly and periodic meetings of leaders are excellent, including necessary follow-up.
• Organize company events and conferences
• Support quarterly and periodic meetings of the Board of Directors

What You Will Need

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Mac & Google applications, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines.
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
