We are currently looking for a Director, Talent & Culture in our Ottawa, Toronto, or Winnipeg office to lead in creating, implementing, and executing human resources (HR) policies and programs and in managing all aspects of employee relations and development. The Director will also lead talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and internal communications.
Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations and Business Transformation, the Director implements programs that are aligned with and support the corporate strategy. This position is responsible for monitoring and resolving issues regarding various aspects of the operations. The Director will ensure the system-wide implementation of company policies and procedures and find ways to improve them while providing a positive atmosphere of growth and learning.
As a member of the Senior Management team, the Director contributes to the long-term strategic vision of the organization, working cooperatively with other members of the team to ensure the long-term relevance and viability of IISD.

Salary: $117,500 –$148,000 (CAD) salary, based on experience and location
