THE ROLE: The Director, IT Development & Integration is responsible for leading a global team that provides application development, database development and integration development / support services for a large business applications portfolio. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous dialog with key process stakeholders to capture, refine, and prioritize Xylem’s collective application development, integration, and database service needs. This role directly manages the Application Development team, Database Development team, SAP Basis team, and Integration team, working closely with the peer business process leaders in the enterprise applications organization worldwide.

In this role, the working environment is generally in an office setting and may be performed remotely. The physical demands may include but are not limited to moving around in an office environment, frequent oral communication, close vision, and ability to operate office equipment. Up to 20% time spent traveling.
SALARY:
The estimated salary range at this professional level is $175,000 to $215,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
