With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast.  We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!

By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy.

Your mission at Sistema.bio

Reporting to the Global Analytics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that relevant data is easily accessible and visible to the right people within our operations through collaborating across our business units to standardize and improve our dashboards, reports and interactive mapping tool.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Conducting user research to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and pain points in order to improve the overall user experience, by making dashboards more efficient and effective.
• Building specifications of Standard data visibility tools.
• Creating and improving dashboards, reports and interactive maps.
• Data visibility training, communication and directory consolidation.
• Monitoring and maintaining data visibility tools.
• Participating actively  in analytics team meetings and  sharing feedback on analytics, and flagging on time data quality issues.

More about YOU!

• You have a degree or a diploma in IT, or  equivalent discipline.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in data visualization.
• Experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRMs. Ability to visualize data in these CRMs.
• Two-year data experience, including analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Good statistical skills.
• Proficient in MS office and advanced excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure error-free, high-quality, reproducible analysis.
• Ability to collaborate  with multiple stakeholders and a willingness to solicit input and accept feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
