Data Analyst and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Data Analyst for our Digital Enabled Services department.

You will be part of a team that creates the next-generation digital customer journey. Our goal is to provide world-class support to our customers and to our business.

As a Data Analyst at Xylem, you will work side-by-side with stakeholders, developing the necessary tools and analyses that will convert static and dynamic data into actionable insights used to maximize customer value from services.

You will work with R&D-teams and Commercial Teams in facilitating the implementation of functions and associated processes, testing and evaluating them, and feeding back results in order to achieve maximized customer value.

If you join us as our new Data Analyst, you will be one of the first players in a growing Data and Analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of functions, dashboards, and methods that will convert data from connected assets into actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the business deploy methods and processes and get support to drive growth
• Lead interactions with Digital Experts from local and central functions.
• Participate in the daily work to generate and deliver insights to the business
• Analyze and assess improvement needs and recommend strategies and roadmaps to enable local adoption and growth of the Digitally enabled Services Offering.
• Contribute to the development of enabling structures and operational processes in the form of support organizations, data analytics, and follow-up processes.
• Co-work with the Digital Development teams across Xylem to develop methods and roadmaps as needed for the EU Wide development and support of new methods.
• Monitor project progress and report periodic progress

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering, preferably with a special focus on data analysis/ML/AI.
• Preferably experience in digitization of Services in Business to Business
• Project management experience
• Experience working in an international context with business transformation
