In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support billing activities for contractual, Field service and other invoicing related transactions
• Assuring comprehension of the invoices and escalations, enabling smooth payments process
• Ensure on-time billing execution and billing accuracy
• Record information about financial status of clients and status of collection efforts
• Perform routine account reconciliations, reduce account aging, and establish clear and concise communications; participate in presentations of account receivables information
• Reconcile customer’s accounts
• Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies.

Your profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in Finance is an advantage, experience in a multinational company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
• Fluent/strong command of English and Danish – both spoken and written
• Result oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
• Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
• Team player attitude
• Self-starter, capable of working independently
