The Greenpeace International (GPI) Technology Department is looking for a Business Analyst for the global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Review project.
The Technology team delivers technology and data solutions that enable the Greenpeace network to win campaigns and to support an effective and efficient global organisation through the massive strategic uplift that technology can give us.
One of the most critical initiatives which will speed up our path towards digital transformation is the evaluation of our CRM technology. This allows the post holder a unique chance to use their technology skills for a globally focused initiative, with great potential for impact.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Business Analyst of the CRM review will play a key role to deliver the Programme Transformation strand of work, which will define how the Global Greenpeace Network will support CRM technologies and practices in the years to come. With great attention to details, strong spirit of collaboration and technical expertise in the CRM and / or Fundraising practices they will perform an essential operational and networking role to ensure a radical CRM Program transformation at Greenpeace International and across the Network.
In this role, you will:
Analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of the CRM Program team to define the scope of the Programme Transformation strand of work.
Define the requirements for a Business Process Library and for an Internal CRM.
Work with the CRM Program team and the National Regional Offices (NRO's) to define a set of business processes that will support the new CRM program.
Manage the product documentation, standardise templates, own and maintain any system where documents are stored.
Build strong internal relationships with the systems team, local domain specialists and management in NROs, as well as the wider community of product users.
Assist the team in supporting the product practitioner community, by providing training, sharing knowledge and best practices

Proven substantial experience of successfully eliciting and analysing business needs in order to develop systems
Technical expertise in the CRM technology (any Salesforce certification represents a strong plus) and in the Fundraising / Relationship management domain.
Strong analytical, conceptual, attention-to-detail and problem-solving abilities.
Highly competent in understanding and communicating user requirements.
Understanding of application and data integration.
Proven experience in successfully delivering training, including preparing and delivering presentations.
Proven experience with Agile / Scrum.
Superb communication skills.
Experience with working in an international and culturally diverse environment.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written and preferably one other language.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to demonstrate support for and belief in Greenpeace core aims and values.
