About the role:
We are seeking a full-time country representative/coordinator, who will lead IWPR’s Moldova operations under the project ‘Building Resilience in the Eastern Neighbourhood (BREN)’.
BREN is an IWPR initiative focused on providing support to civil society groups, with a focus on women’s rights groups across the South Caucasus and Moldova. BREN is supported by the UK Government’s Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). The project is currently in the third year of implementation and is confirmed to continue until 31 March 2025.
The country representative/coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project activities and outputs in Moldova, including subaward management with local organisations, coordinating any technical assistance and capacity building with local groups, and overseeing local stakeholder relations. They will work as an independent consultant in close cooperation with the Project Manager in Tbilisi, country representative in Moldova and under the overall supervision of the South Caucasus & Moldova Regional Director based in Tbilisi, and IWPR Regional Director based in London.
