PolicyLink is hiring Coordinators to help advance the day-to-day logistics of the Program Team. Each position will be housed in the Office of the Executive Vice President and responsible for staffing two program areas within the program portfolio.
Coordinators will be responsible for supporting programmatic areas with day-to-day calendaring and meeting management, assisting with project management and research, and facilitating important communications functions such as inbox management. Coordinators will act as a bridge to operational functions within the organization, helping to onboard and support program staff to maximize internal finance, development, human resources, IT, and performance management systems. Sensitivity to confidential matters, a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy are paramount.

Position Summary
Coordinators will staff two program areas in one of the following categories.
Racial Equity Governing Agenda refers to our body of work that enables government leaders and agencies at all levels to use the powers at their disposal to set policies, make rules, and implement regulations to serve equity, where equity is ensured within constitutional protections. This work includes establishing landmark equity standards and guidelines into the design of federal, state, and local programs to ensure that public resources maximize the public good; designing a scoring system to measure the potential impact of federal legislation on equitable outcomes and advancing policies that improve racial, gender, and other dimensions of equity; and identifying legal pathways and developing tools to support leaders in centering racial equity in policy and program development.
Federal Policy and Advocacy provides a mechanism for channeling the energy and imagination of equity-focused, power-building and base-building organizations around intersectional legislative strategies across the spectrum of economic, social, legal, environmental, and place-based issues.
Work Environment
Position Type
Exempt, 100% full-time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000. PolicyLink offers competitive salaries based on the experience and skills of employees.
