The WECR program portfolio includes: (1) supporting the development of the Water Equity and Climate Resilience (WECR) Caucus (climatewaterequity.org), a national network that centers frontline communities, low-income communities, and communities of color in federal policy advocacy; and (2) supporting state-based advocacy related to State Revolving Funds (as part of a broader effort to help ensure equitable implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law).
