We manufacture, sell, install and finance our patented biodigester systems for small and medium scale farmers to convert their waste into economic, health and environmental benefits. Our products are unique for their simplicity of use, durability and quality.

With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast.  We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!

By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy.

Your mission at Sistema.bio

Reporting to the Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with communications tasks including, but not limited to: writing and editing, photo and video production and editing, web and social media analytics, social media content, graphic design, media relations, digital asset management, event coordination and other communications and administrative support tasks as assigned.

You’ll be in charge of:

• You will be responsible for drafting and organizing social media content.
• Contributing to social media quantitative and qualitative analytics reporting.
• Creating and coordinating content for social media campaigns and observances.
• Monitoring and researching influencers, trending topics and tools.
• Sourcing content/stories from field agents and other key departments.
• Writing and Editing corporate bios, Photo captions,  Blogs,  Project descriptions, Copyediting, press releases and media advisories.
• Help in compiling and updating media contact lists
• Preparing  media reports on assigned subjects
• Identifying  and researching opportunities to share Sistema.bio stories with relevant journalists and media outlets.
• Assisting with press release/media advisory writing, editing, distribution, and media outreach
• Assisting with media interview scheduling and coordination and photo/ video shoots.

More about YOU

• Recent graduate (graduated within the past year) or an undergraduate/graduate student in journalism, communications, public relations, market.
• Energetic and detail oriented.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Hindi. A professional level in a third or more local languages is a plus.
