Support of all types of non-standard conversion, modification, and upgrade deals during the Inquiry To Order (=ITO) phase from initial inquiry to deal closure and hand over to subsequent functions. Support and on-the-job training of internal and external sales and sales support teams. Active follow-up of open offers and support of the sales team. You will be in close and ongoing coordination with our distributors' sales teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Technical and commercial proposal creation for standard and non-standard upgrades, complex spare parts requests and APM digital offerings
- Elaboration of technical and commercial upgrade solutions with our Service Engineering team
- Tracking, follow-up and pacing of open quotes; as well as calculating and pricing
- Technical and commercial sales support in customer negotiations and during hand over process to customer service and fulfillment teams
- Support of commercialization and localization of new upgrade products, including creation and adoption of offering templates, technical documentation etc.
- ITO process: Responsibility for documentation / information of customer offers in relevant tools systems along the ITO process including handover. Contribute to deal approval checks against relevant delegations of authority, as well as preparation of deal review documentation
- Customer contact on contract negotiations, clarifications, Q&A on supported products
- Training and development of regional sales and sales support teams (both internal and external)
- Ability to support customers on life-cycle solutions
Job Requirements:
- Technical education (Higher Technical College, e.g. HTL or Bachelor’s degree or similar) with adequate working experience
- Solid working experience in a Sales, Commercial, Operations, Service Fulfillment or related role
- Knowledge of Jenbacher products and service offerings is an advantage
- Experience in customer contact, customer- and sales oriented
- Business acumen and strong analytical skills
- Pro active, driving work attitude and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, German skills preferable
- Willingness to travel (<20%)
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
