Billing Intern

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support billing activities related to field service transactions for our customer in Netherlands and Belgium region
• Solve customer complaints regarding our invoices
• Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies (Finance, Order Management, Cash collection and colleagues from Netherlands)

Your profile:

• Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business Administration, Languages and literature, etc.)
• Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours / week
• Strong command of English both spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
• Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, result oriented
• Team player attitude
• Detail oriented personality
