Textile Exchange is expanding its benchmark and reporting program and looking for a Coordinator to join the team. Together with the rest of the team you will be supporting and enabling the textile industry to drive meaningful change in sustainability. You will also be joining as we take this exciting initiative to its next level of maturity and impact.
About the Materials Benchmark
Textile Exchange’s benchmark and reporting program enables participating companies to measure, manage and integrate a preferred fiber and materials strategy into their business. The Material Change Index (MCI) is the largest peer-to-peer comparison initiative in the textile industry. It tracks the apparel, footwear and home textile sector’s progress toward more sustainable materials sourcing, as well as alignment with global efforts like the Sustainable Development Goals and the transition to a circular economy.
With our new Climate+ strategy, Textile Exchange is the driving force for urgent climate action on textile fiber and materials. Duties and Responsibilities
Be part of a team developing and successfully delivering the benchmark and reporting program.
Lead the administration of all participant registration and onboarding.
Maintain and update program tools such as stakeholder maps, distribution lists, communications, and the program tracker.
Support the team with participant training, communications, and outreach.
Support the delivery of benchmark results/ products – scorecards, reports, dashboards, and leaderboards.
Manage the program’s communications via the various platforms, The Hub, intranet, monthly newsletters, etc.
Collaboration and teamwork with other Textile Exchange departments.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Team player, resourceful, eager to learn and able to work independently in a virtual workplace.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication, written, and grammatical skills in English (Native or bilingual proficiency).
Equipped with excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
Employment Package
Full Time Position, 40 Hours a Week
Location: Virtual/Remote
Salary Range: $38,000-$45,000 dependent on experience
Start Date: As Soon as Available
