With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast.  We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!

By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy.

Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, in this role you will oversee a Region gathering different hubs or field offices:  Manage a team of assistant Technical coordinators, technicians, site operatives, and trainees and drive them to install our biodigesters according to our global quality standards.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Managing technical operations in your region/ project as per Sistema.bio global quality standards.
• Looking after the regional/project cross-department collaboration between technical, commercial, and credit teams.
• Managing all technical training programs in your region/Project
• Handling large systems and project installations.
• Tracking the overall technical KPIs for your region.
• Adhering health and safety standards are met for your regional/ project team.
• Looking after the installation and quality control audits.
• Coordinating and organizing team training.
• Monitoring the hiring needs for technical/ Project team members.

More about YOU:

• You have a technical degree or diploma. For example Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural, Biology, Chemistry, and Renewable Energy. etc
• You have experience in managing teams and field operations.
• You have good computer skills and understand working on Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and basic skills in using databases in Salesforce.
• Bonus Point: if you have experience working in the biogas industry.
• You have excellent team management skills.
• You have the ability to communicate efficiently.
