The Role: Sensus, a Xylem brand, is seeking a Analog and RF Design Engineering Intern to design and test analog and RF circuits related to Sub-GHz radios and power supplies, including antennae, radios, power amplifiers, switching power supplies, and other high frequency circuits.  Qualify electronic components for new products.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Intern must possess the ability to work alone or in a team environment as well as strong communication and documenting skills.
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment, while ensuring that project initiatives are met.
• Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• Attending an accredited University studying toward a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum rising junior in standing
• Ability to communicate in writing, orally
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet goals and high quality standards
• Experience soldering electronic circuits
• Experience with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
