In this role you will be responsible for:
- Process & metrics, support the visibility on resolution performance to increase customer satisfaction
- Establish & grow a common culture of the whole Tech Support and Field Service team, emphasizing the use of global tools, processes, approaches, responsiveness mindset & communication.
- Able to work with limited guidance on most of the following tasks: Commissioning/Start-up, Maintenance, Overhaul & Repairs and Troubleshooting of INNIO Gas Engines and supplied packaged accessories like generators, low & medium voltage, Gas Supply, Controls and PLC controllers
- Work with distributor/customers to evaluate pre-commissioning check lists for completion and accuracy. Drive any open items to conclusion within identified timeline. Work with INNIO Technicians, service partners and customers to identify/track critical quality issues during Start-up/Commissioning, Overhauls & Repairs, Upgrades and maintenance works and drive resolution
- Propose, initiate, work out and implement service projects which may not be part of regular maintenance to increase customer satisfaction and generate new business opportunities.
- Regularly perform Site assessments, onsite support for customers for trouble shooting aspects and to root cause analyzing and report findings (internally and extern).
Your profile:
- Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers
- +10 years experience in a technical leadership role or extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-) Service
- Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills
- Participate to on-call duty program and shift work according to the organization of the assigned area
- University Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Professional command of Italian and English
- Strong communication skills, experienced in customer communications.

- Ability to work efficiently without minimal direct supervision
