Instill Education is on a mission to transform teaching, learning, and leadership in every classroom on the African continent. We believe that our teachers and school leaders are the greatest levers for change in the education system. We recently became an accredited higher education institution in South Africa and launched a game-changing mobile app that offers self-paced, bite-sized modules to help teachers in their professional development journey. More than 50,000 teachers in South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria have already enrolled in our professional development modules and joined a pan-African community of peers and experts who provide support and feedback along the way.
We are hiring an Admissions Associate to support applicants to our qualifications programmes through the Admissions process and into our institution.

What does the role entail?
As an Admissions Associate, you are one of the most important people in the organisation. Your engagements with applicants will determine our student numbers, and ensure that we meet our ambitious targets.
More specifically you will;
Selection Criteria:
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in an administrative or communications role is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of educational systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to providing a positive and engaging student life experience
