Overall responsibility is to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties by providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing the reception and managing the company’s general administrative activities and not limited to:
Welcoming visitors and directing them to offices.
Assist in filing documents.
Assisting in travel/meeting arrangements.
Managing office equipment inventory and storage (Fixed Asset Register).
Assist in updating petty cash reports.
Assist in drafting MEMOs and other office communications.
Assist in processing of office canteen items and sundries.
Assist in taking and drafting of meeting minutes.
Maintain staff and stakeholder contact list.
Assist in administration and finance errands to the bank.
Requirements
Advanced Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration.
2 to 3 years practical work experience as an Admin Assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Knowledge of use of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint ).
Good organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
