Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support for the organization. This individual will handle a variety of responsibilities across multiple departments in an attempt to make organizational operations, projects, and processes more effective and efficient.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Operations as a part of the Operations Department, which is responsible for ensuring that the Alliance has the people, processes, and platforms to optimize organizational health and achieve our mission.
We expect this individual to adhere to the Alliance’s hybrid work schedule, working remotely and from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. They must work in the office at least two to three days a week initially, with additional days as needed.
