In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead and develop a team responsible for Payroll & T&L accounting operations for dedicated regions
• Coordinate and manage the month-end closing process, account reconciliations
• Coordinate processes for documentation, monitoring and review of internal controls
• Own various accounting processes through completeness check to invoice distribution, including process gap/issue identification, root cause analysis and gap/issue closing
• Drive change across the board, facilitating process improvement projects in the team
• Support other financial functions with bookkeeping, payment, reporting, reconciliation and audit, etc.
• Drive the team to participate and support key business simplification initiatives and system enhancements
• Hire, train, supervise a team of professionals and delegate accounting activities for efficient operations

******Your profile:

• Completed studies with a focus on Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 5 years relevant Accounting experience (preferably in an SSC environment)
• First-hand closing experience with Oracle, SAP or another ERP system
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
• Strong leadership skills & capable of designing, selling and implementing solutions, process improvements
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and motivational skills
