Accounting Clerk

About the opportunity

SWCA’s is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our project accounting team. In this position, you will be supporting the team by handling client invoice submissions into third party systems, pulling invoice backup and assisting the Project Accounting Specialists with project related work. This position will require critical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

What you will accomplish

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data Entry into third party invoicing systems.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Clear and effective communication with internal customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible for meeting deadline requirements as defined by lead/supervisor.
• Participate in program and project meetings as needed.

Experience and qualifications for success

• High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent
• Basic Excel formulas such as V-Lookups

Additional Information:

• Availability to start on or around 2/3/2023
• High speed home Internet connection
