Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager with a demonstrable record of success in managing and improving client relationships. You will be handling any client complaints, working to find solutions on issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship. The position will report to the Director of Operations, and work closely with all departments to ensure project management and appropriate dispersal of requests.

Responsibilities:

• You will be the primary point of contact and focus on building a strong client relationship through regular meetings to understand the client’s goals and needs on an ongoing basis
• You will be an advocate for client needs in the company and liaise between clients and internal teams with a focus on improving the customer experience
• This person should be comfortable with setting boundaries and upholding standards
• Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes and projects that pertain to the client’s desires
• Report on KPIs and communicate progress of projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with and guide various internal departments to ensure that they fully execute on requests

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients

• Strong problem-solving, negotiating, and critical thinking capability to help resolve customer complaints or needs

• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• High attention to detail

• Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks to multiple departments and provide guidance to help employees deliver exceptional work to clients

• You’re passionate and knowledgeable about nurturing business relationships

• 2-4 years of account or project management experience

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Industry knowledge preferred
