THE ROLE**:** The 2nd Shift Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and scheduling all carriers for any shipments going out of the Morton Grove facility. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Provides any expedited quotes related to air, LTL and truck load shipments for customer service
  • Troubleshoots freight discrepancies between carriers and bill of ladings
  • Provides backup supervisor support when 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift supervisors are absent
  • Responsible for the training and coaching of Clerks
  • Management of Customer Service expedite list
  • Prioritize and assign pick tasks to hourly employees
  • Management of Export workflow within ERP
  • Management of warehouse orders with ERP

QUALIFICATIONS**:**

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree plus relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of supply chain or logistics experience
  • Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP experience required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly visible environment where you can work both independently and as part of a team
