🎓 About the role
The goal of the Groups Field Assistant is to support the delivery of world-leading groups and under18 programs in-country, by focusing on participant experience. We have a variety of short-term contract options and need vibrant individuals brimming with energy, who thrive on travel adventures and share our zeal for conservation and community projects.

✅Professional skills and experience
Prior experience running/ managing participants on group or individual service or adventure programs desirable.
Qualifications in one of the following: Emergency first response, Mountaineer, Wilderness Safety or equivalent.
Local knowledge beneficial.
